At Hatch Concepts LLC, we take pride in providing firearm transfers, firearm sales, gunsmithing services, custom holsters, boresighting, firearm accessories, and related services. Due to the nature of firearms, custom work, regulated items, and customer-specific services, all sales and services are final.
Firearm Sales
All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the customer and the required paperwork has been completed. Once a firearm leaves our possession, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the firearm before completing the transfer. Any concerns must be brought to our attention before the firearm is accepted and transferred.
Firearm Transfers
Transfer fees are non-refundable once the firearm has been received, logged into our inventory, or processing has begun. If a customer is denied, delayed, fails to complete the transfer, or chooses not to proceed, the customer remains responsible for all applicable transfer, shipping, storage, and return shipping fees.
Delivery confirmation from UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another carrier does not mean the firearm is ready for pickup. Customers will be contacted once the firearm has been properly logged and is ready for an appointment.
Gunsmithing Services
All gunsmithing labor is non-refundable once work has started. This includes inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosis, cleaning, repair, installation, modification, refinishing, fitting, or other labor performed by Hatch Concepts LLC.
Parts, materials, and special-order items are also non-refundable once ordered or installed. If additional problems are discovered during the work, the customer will be contacted before major additional work is performed.
Hatch Concepts LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn parts, unsafe modifications, improper previous repairs, customer-supplied parts, or issues unrelated to the work performed.
Custom Holsters and Custom Orders
All custom holster orders and custom-made products are final sale. Because these items are made to the customer’s firearm model, attachments, carry preference, color choice, belt size, mounting hardware, and other specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including firearm model, optic, weapon-mounted light, carry style, belt size, handedness, and mounting preference. Hatch Concepts LLC is not responsible for fitment issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
Boresighting and Service Work
Boresighting is intended to assist with initial sight or optic alignment and does not guarantee the final zero. The customer must confirm the final zero through live fire at the range.
Boresighting fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Accessories, Parts, and Special Orders
All accessories, firearm parts, special-order items, and installed components are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing. Items that have been opened, installed, modified, used, damaged, or specially ordered cannot be returned or refunded.
Manufacturer Defects
Factory defects, warranty issues, recalls, or manufacturer-related problems must be handled through the manufacturer. Hatch Concepts LLC may provide general guidance when possible, but manufacturer warranty decisions are beyond our control.
Abandoned Items
Items left with Hatch Concepts LLC must be picked up promptly once the customer has been notified that the item is ready. Storage fees may apply after a reasonable pickup period. Items abandoned for an extended period may be handled in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
Right to Refuse Service
Hatch Concepts LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or deny a transfer at our discretion, especially if a transaction appears unsafe, unlawful, incomplete, or violates company policy.
Final Decision
Hatch Concepts LLC must approve any exception to this policy in writing. Refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or rework are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing a product, requesting a firearm transfer, placing a custom order, or authorizing service work through Hatch Concepts LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Return / Refund Policy.
This policy does not limit any rights a customer may have under applicable federal, state, or local law.
