To begin a firearm transfer, please email us at: hatch.concepts.7@gmail.com

Include the following information in your email:

• Full Name
• Preferred contact method (phone number and/or email)
• Firearm purchased
• Seller or dealer name
• Seller or dealer email address

If the dealer does not already have our information on file, we will send them a copy of our Federal Firearms License (FFL).

When Your Firearm Arrives

Once your firearm arrives and is logged into our inventory, we will contact you by call or text to schedule an appointment for pickup and completion of the ATF Form 4473.

 Please Note:

UPS or FedEx delivery notifications do not mean your firearm is ready for pickup.

All transfers are processed in the order they are received and logged.

Identification Requirements

All incoming transfers require valid identification.

Accepted Identification:

• Texas driver’s license or Texas ID card with your current physical address

Military Customers:

• Military members with an out-of-state driver’s license must bring:
  • Valid military ID
  • PCS orders assigning them to Texas

 A valid Texas License to Carry (LTC) may help expedite the pickup process, as it qualifies for the federal background check exemption.

 Military service members may use a valid driver’s license from any state when accompanied by military ID and PCS orders.

Background Check Denials

If a background check is denied, the customer is responsible for:

• The transfer fee
• Any return shipping charges back to the original seller

Ammunition & Accessories

Ammunition and accessories shipped to us are subject to the same transfer fee as a firearm.

Private Party Transfers

• Private party transfers: $40 per person
• Appointments required
• Please call us to schedule

Shipments From Private Individuals

Firearms shipped by a private individual must include a copy of the sender’s state-issued ID.

 Any shipment received without proper documentation will be refused or turned over to law enforcement.

Cleaning–We provide basic Field Strip Cleaning and advanced Full Disassembly Cleaning.

Repairs– Due to limited space and equipment, we provide minimal repair services.

Assembly-As a Type 01 FFL, Hatch Concepts cannot assemble firearms and then sell them to the customer. However, If you provide us with the parts, we can Legally assemble them for you with a service charge.

Optics Mounting-We will mount Scopes and Red Dots to your Specifications for a service fee.

Optics Zeroing-We can Bore sight your Red dot to 25 yards, and bore sight scopes to 100 Yards for a service fee. True Zero is available upon request for a service fee.
